The email address, telephone number and hosting provider's contact details must still be supplied before publication.
01. Your point of contact
HANSS is the controller of the information collected on this website.
The dedicated business contact address will be added before the form is opened to the public.
02. Information collected
When you use the form, you provide your name, company, email address, enquiry topic and message. Your phone number and how you heard about us are optional. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to receive and handle your enquiry.
You choose what information to share in your message. Avoid including sensitive data or confidential information that is unnecessary for this initial contact.
Technical connection information, including the IP address, is used to protect the form. The hosting and email providers may also process technical logs needed to operate and secure their services.
03. Why we use it
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand your needs, arrange a conversation and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal.
For a project request made in your own name, processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. When you represent a company, it is based on Hanss's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Protecting the form against abuse also serves a legitimate security interest.
Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Your contact details are not sold or shared with partners for their marketing. This form does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you.
04. Who can access it
Requests are intended for people authorised to respond on behalf of Hanss. Messages are delivered by email; hosting and email providers support this transmission and the operation of the website.

Processing locations and any transfers outside the European Economic Area must still be specified based on the selected providers and applicable contractual safeguards.
If you open an external booking service, the information you enter there is subject to its own privacy policy.
05. How long it is kept
The retention period for enquiries that do not lead to further contact is being defined and will be published here before the form is opened to the public.
If a contractual relationship is established, documents needed to perform the contract and comply with legal obligations follow the retention periods applicable to that relationship.
Abuse prevention uses a temporary in-memory counter with a 15-minute window. It is not a message history. Infrastructure technical logs are separate from this counter.
The retention period for technical logs must be specified according to the providers' configuration.
07. Your rights
Under the conditions provided by the GDPR, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests; the right to data portability applies where provided by the regulation.
The contact point for exercising these rights will be published with the publisher's final contact details.
You can read the guidance from the CNIL on informing individuals or submit a complaint.
